Location! Such a great place to experience AMI. Walk to restaurants and shops. 3 minute walk from house to the sand. We loved the beach house and the island. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. You are close to the road so the traffic noise can be a bit loud. You can walk to all the local places. We loved having chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and bikes! Spacious for our family and had everything we needed.

Property was in great shape and in a fantastic location - easy access to the beach, the trolley, and local eateries and shops. Had some minor issues/questions and our hosts responded immediately. We stayed for the month of February and our only regret was that we weren’t there longer.

Location, location, location! Our family of 5 had the best week staying in this house. The hosts were SO accommodating to us after we had a last minute cancel from another host/booking the day before we were scheduled to arrive. It worked out because we ended up with a better stay! The house is very spacious and includes everything you need for the beach. It is so close to the beach you can walk back and forth easily for lunch, bathroom, etc. The area of the beach was perfect! It wasn’t a super crowded area and there was always plenty of space to have our own area for tent and chair set up. SO close! The water was beautiful and there were so many shells in this area. It is also a very short walk to several great shops. Souvenir stores, restaurants, and the best local ice cream shop! We are looking forward to returning next year!

This home is iin the perfect location! It is one block from the beach and one block from restaurants and shopping. We also appreciated all of the items provided to use at the beach. The owners are quick to reply when we had questions.

Wonderful stay just minutes to the beach

Lovely townhouse just a block from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and generous toiletries, beach chairs, bikes, and towels. Hosts are very responsive to any issues.

Beach house in a great lication

We had a great time in this home which was in a great location to shopping, dining, and the beach. It is nicer in person and had lots of beach gear and bikes. Very clean as well!

Perfect location

We had an amazing time. This house is perfect for our family, very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. We are planning to come back and stay longer. Thank you!

Location is spot on by the beach

House was within walking distance to a lot and the trolly stop was right outside. Good amenities in the house, very helpful to have beach stuff already there!

House by the beach

The property was clean, well appointed, and spacious. It said short walk to beach and it is short. Tòok only a minute or so to be on beach. Wagon was there with everything you needed including chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach towels

Island Getaway

Busy little island with plenty of good places to eat. Walking distance to the beach. Short drive to the mainland. Golf cart rentals across the street makes it convenient for getting around on the island. Owner on call if anything is needed

Amazing vacation!

The house is exactly as described. It's such a close walk to the beach and to restaurants and ice cream and the free trolley stops! We loved feeling the breeze (all the windows have screens!). The beds were comfortable. The beach gear was plentiful. I did not want to leave and I hope we'll be back soon.
