Overall a good experience. Good location and close to a lot of the big attractions. I would say it lacked in cleanliness. There were some cobwebs on the ceiling and gnats coming in through the windows and onto the bed. That was probably our biggest issue. This place met our needs at an affordable price compared to surrounding listings. Can’t ask for more than that.

Great place to stay! I’ve been to NY before and found this to be spacious and clean in comparison to other NY apartments. Plus the location is amazing with so many highlights walkable and the waterfront just minutes away. Would stay here again and will recommend to others.

It would be easy and not very expensive to make this place nicer, starting with a fresh coat of paint and a new light fixture in the bathroom. It was fine for what I needed. I'm sure the host can't do anything about the hot water in the building, but it comes and goes seemingly at random, sometimes much too hot and sometimes just cold.

Great location in the city and perfect for a small family where you don’t want to pay for multiple hotel rooms. This little apartment is charming and has everything you need and is walking distance to many attractions and the subway. Host was very nice and great at communicating and answering all questions and concerns during our stay. Would stay here again for a future trip.

Great location, clean, good communication with owners. Very small which is typical for NYC. No room to host guests but perfect for a place to sleep although quite noisy as at street level.
