The place was excellently located to everything! It was great for what me and my son's needed for our long weekend in NYC. The host was great at responding and was accommodating in allowing us to even leave our bags at the building prior to check so we could start our vacation early.

This spot worked great for our family of 4 for our trip to New York. Location could not be better for the primary tourist attractions for a first trip, check in and communication with the host was excellent. Only comment is bedding could use a little upgrade (pillows and blankets) but other than that, the place is as advertised. Sure it's a little tight but that's what you get for prime location in NYC!

Ideal Location to Explore New York

The best part about the property is the location and its proximity to Times Square and yet being far enough so that you can get some peaceful sleep. The amenities are great and it is pretty decently spacious as per NY standards. The furniture and floors are wooden and do creak a bit but the living experience is great.
