Entering the townhouse is effortless with no stairs to navigate. On the main level, you'll find the kitchen, living room, and a convenient half bathroom. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms await. The backyard, partially fenced, is backed by a wooden area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and for relaxation and enjoyment.

We supply olive oil, pots & pans, blender, dinnerware, drink ware, food storage containers, serving platters & much more. Please feel free to contact the host for any questions in this regard. A full size washer & dryer is nestled in the kitchen's closet. The cozy living room is perfect for a family night of fun. It features a bluetooth compatible vinyl record player, games, & 55” Smart TV with Netflix. Please note, the fireplace is strictly for ambience and is not to be ignited.
KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: We understand traveling with kids requires special considerations. Upon request, we provide infant tub, pack-n-play, high chair(s), kids dinnerware & utensils, outlet covers & safety gates. Blackout curtains are throughout the house to make nap-time easily obtainable.
INTERNET SERVICE: Need to stay connected? We have you covered! There are multiple workspaces throughout the home. A fast and reliable internet connection ensures you are able to work seamlessly and efficiently.
PARKING: Private driveway can hold up to 3 cars.
PET HOUSERULES: - We accept pets (dogs only) on a case-by-case basis. The charge is $200. - We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs onto our premises. - For the safety of all, please keep your furry baby on a leash whenever outside. - Let’s maintain a pristine environment by promptly cleaning up after your pet. - We understand that new surroundings can sometimes bring about a touch of anxiety for our furry friends. So please avoid leaving your furry friend unattended, outside their crate, in the rental for an extended periods. - While we love pets, we ask that they enjoy their own space on a designated dog bed or crate, as we don't provide these amenities. - We aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, so aggressive or excessively noisy dogs are not permitted. Such behavior may necessitate the departure of the pet and its owner, without refund. - In the unfortunate event of any damages or traces left by pets, a minimum charge of $250 may apply. - Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet's actions. Any injuries or property damage caused will incur the owner's liability for necessary treatment, care, or repairs.

We've stayed here multiple times and look forward to returning again. The host is very communicative and made the house inviting for our stay over Christmas.
The home was great and was exactly as described. The big living room made a perfect spot to play games together and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. It’s close enough to Birmingham that travel wasn’t a big issue. Would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed staying in this property. The townhome was the perfect size for our family of 7 plus our dog. Living space was very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms were very clean. Everything was labeled well, making it easy to find things. We even received welcome baskets for our family and fur baby which was very thoughtful and unexpected. We would stay here again in future visits.
Property is in a quiet neighborhood, clean and well stocked with perks like the espresso maker. Plenty of space for our family of four. It’s not a “vacation home” in a novel setting, but a great home base while visiting family and friends. Will definitely return.
We came to town for our son’s college graduation on Saturday morning. It was very clean, updated and comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the house but it was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the coffee station. I would highly recommend this townhouse and would stay again. Check in was so easy. Thank you!
We did not have pets. The kitchen was perfect! I love the high ceilings and the openness of the townhome. I enjoyed introducing vinyl records and Tina Turner to my grandchildren
