Imagine escaping to this Duneridge Estates vacation getaway. Picture yourself sitting on the deck. Now close your eyes, can you feel the summer breezes, glimpse the seagulls flying overhead and sense the sun gently beaming down on you... are you ready?

Step into the quiet world of 2314 N. Lumina Ave
located on the northern end of Wrightsville Beach on a private cul-de-sac with no public parking, this wonderful vacation property offers ocean views along with attractive and comfortable accommodations.

A spacious deck on the main level and second level deck with beautiful views of the oceans just a short walk away.

Beautifully decorated inside and out, once you enter the tiled foyer you know you are about to experience a vacation home unlike all the rest. The open floor plan found in the main living area offers more than enough space for everyone to gather and share good times together. With a large and open kitchen the entire family can get together as meals or snacks are being prepared. This home boasts a breakfast nook, seating at the granite kitchen island and a formal dining area with more than enough room for everyone. With high ceilings and an abundance of natural light you will enjoy relaxing in the living room as you sink into one of the 3 soft leather couches or love seat. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms with a Jack 'n Jill bath. One bedroom has 2 full sized beds and the other offers a queen.

On the next level is the master suite with deck views of the Atlantic Ocean. Around the corner is the fourth bedroom with a built in bunk style beds with 2 full mattresses. Take a walk down the open hallway overlooking the living room and with oceans views out the upper level windows, and you will find the fifth bedroom with 2 full size beds.

If you need to get away by yourself for a little while, take a book and relax in the den/tv room as you get comfortable in the inviting leather chair or stretch out on the couch and watch some TV. Just off the den is an additional deck looking out on the ocean.

The ocean views, attractive accommodations and convenient beach access just steps away, a 2 minute walk.. The section of the beach is perfect for delightful walks to the the north and south. The beauty and convenience will make this your favorite vacation home!

Great place to stay in Wrightsville Beach

This house was roomy enough for three families with kids to enjoy without feeling crowded. The beach is a short walk away without having to cross any streets. We had a great time!

Great family beach house.

Ladies Weekend on the beach

Perfect location, big house for our large group of women who came in to town for a tennis tournament. Beautiful weather, we enjoyed long walks on the beach and driving in to Wilmington for our tennis matches. Everything was perfect!

Friends Beach Getaway!

6 of us stayed at this beach house and had such a wonderful time! The pictures are not only accurate but it’s even better in person. The living room is comfy and can accommodate a large group to spread out, play a game, and enjoy a chill night after a long day at the beach. The beach access is so prime as well, just a quick few minute walk to your beach access- no fuss and no stress. Great time!

We enjoy walks on the beach, cooking meals for our guests, playing games, heading out to shop and eat at wonderful fine dining restaurants in nearby Wilmington. Riding bikes to the grocery store, filling our basket with snacks for our beach day. Breakfast on the deck, still in our PJ's. Walking the Wrightsville Beach loop.
