Everything about this property was perfect for our family of four. Clean, great amenities (bathroom items, kitchen if needed), sheets/bed were comfortable and my kids said the pullout couch was perfect. The Tv was on a swivel making it easy to see from either room. Only “downside” was the sound at night. Great location also means bars nearby and the streets were a bit noisy on the weekend nights. Not bad at all on weekdays. The deck was awesome for a night cap and highly recommend grabbing drinks and a sandwich for the beach from the depot across the street.

Convenient condo on Black River was a great place to stay! We loved that the condo was close to downtown Phoenix St. for an easy walk for lunch or dinner and shopping. It was about a 10 minute walk to North Beach. The parking lot was perfect for not needing to find a spot on the street. The condo itself was cute, exactly as pictured. It was a very clean space. We loved the ability to cook breakfast at home with the kitchen being stocked with all the utensils and pans needed. We were thankful that the condo had mini bathroom essentials, as we forgot to pack our toothpaste and figured it out too late in the evening to run to the store. The outside deck was a nice spot to enjoy the river boat traffic and watch the bridge raises. Overall, the perfect stay in South Haven! Thanks for hosting us!

Great location!

Property was very clean and included everything we needed. Easy access to shops and restaurants! We will definitely stay again! Only upset was beach chairs showed as an amenity so we didn't bring any but were not included.

South Have

Our stay at this unit was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to town each night for ice cream before returning to watch the boats come in from the deck. The bed was very comfortable and we used the pull out couch for the kids. The kids also enjoyed watching the bridge go up and down from the deck. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice, cozy condo

The condo was very nicely decorated and cozy. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Just a few suggestions for the owner- please provide extra blankets and washrags. There were 4 of us and only 8 washrags for 4 days worth of showers. Not nearly enough. There was only one thin blanket for the pull out bed. An extra blanket would have been nice. One other word of warning- if there are multiple people that need to shower plan accordingly because you only get a shower and a half worth of hot water at a time. Otherwise this is a very nice property, great location and somewhere we would consider staying again. The owner was very responsive to questions and helpful as well!

Great location

My sister and I booked this location for our annual sister-trip. We thought it was a true one bedroom, but it is more of a private bedroom studio, which was not at all an issue. Lots of parking options available and super easy check-in process. This is probably one of the most well equipped short term rentals I’ve been in for things like coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. There were even travel toiletries available. We only had one minor issue during our stay, but the owners were quick to reply to our messages and to remedy the issues. They are incredibly friendly and gracious. We will definitely keep this in our list of favorites for when we come back to South Haven! The location is PERFECT! Walking distance to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping. One of our favorite amenities is the large outdoor deck by the water. We spent every evening outside listening to music from nearby restaurants and watching the boat traffic. Also, the pull out couch bed was INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE! It has a great memory foam mattress with plenty of pillows and bedding available.
