Escape to our charming, air-conditioned vacation home in Clarksville, where tranquil lake views and outdoor adventures await. A gently sloping path through the pine woods leads to a large private dock and covered boat slip! Bluestone boat ramp is a short distance for put in/take out. Large deck with table/chairs/umbrella overlooks a grassy, flat backyard conducive to lawn games.

As you step inside, the main hallway contains 2 (of the 4) main level bedrooms with easy access to the living room and a fully stocked kitchen containing all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy alfresco dining on the deck. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and unwind in the cozy living room. Upstairs, you'll find a foosball table, dual pop-a-shot basketball, ring toss, and mini-corn hole gameboards in the game room for some friendly (or competitive!) activities.

When it's time to explore, venture out to the nearby points of interest and discover the natural beauty that surrounds you. Spend a day fishing, boating, or simply soaking up the sun at the water's edge, or hike through the lush trails of nearby Occoneechee State Park. Back at the property, you can roast marshmallows around the fire pit, play in the outdoor play area, or simply relax on the porch, taking in the serene lakeside atmosphere. With a washing machine, dryer, and YouTube TV, you'll have all the comforts of home during your stay.

We can’t wait to come back! Everything about this home is perfect down to the water pressure in the shower. There is something for everyone and we could not be happier. Lots of space inside and out!!! Well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the outside areas - the back deck and nice flat yard were great for the kids. However the furniture, bedding and mattresses are in dire need of updating. Please note that this stay does NOT INCLUDE SHEETS OR TOWELS which the listing does not explicitly state!!!

Great vacation

Wow i love this place, check in was easy, the neighborhood was so nice, yard was big, walk to lake was short and dock was nice. Did catch a few fish. The kids loved the swimming area. There is a game room upstairs. The bedrooms r nice. Kitchen is amazing , well stocked. Lots of sitting room in living room. Nice deck to sit on. . Grill is nice. Bathrooms r very roomy. We have rented this house 2 times and have not been disappointed. The only flaw i can say is walking to lake down the path has a lot of tree roots so watch your step. Beautiful home and wonderful stay.

A weekend at Buggs Island

Nice house in quiet area

We had a nice stay here! Very spacious with a lot of bed options which was great! Loved the game room upstairs. Path to the dock was very nice and the dock was great to swim from. Safe and quiet cove and quiet neighborhood which was nice! We did see a mouse visitor in the house a few times with some droppings so a mouse trap would be good. We really enjoyed the stay

Plenty of parking and outlets for recharging batteries and boat trailer parking. House was situated right to accommodate a nice group and plenty of beds. Had all the ameneties you would need, and the house was very clean. You will not be disappointed.

We had four adults and 8 kids and had plenty of space. Low boat traffic on the water so we had a blast using the kayaks and just floating. This is our second time at this location and we will be back!

Everything was exactly as described, home had more space than what the pictures seem to depict. Nice quiet street for myself and some employees to rest after a hard days work. Will be renting again. Owner was also extremely responsive
