Serenity and Tranquility by the Sea

This property is in a quiet neighborhood, somewhat secluded and on a street that dead-ends into the intercoastal waterway. You can sit on the expansive front deck of the house, feel the warm breeze and enjoy hearing the ocean in the background. Carolina Beach is a short 5-minute drive away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and, of course, walking on the beach, sunning and playing in the ocean. We have worked to make the home comfy and cozy. well behaved dogs welcomed! Plenty of parking. Garage will be looked with no access. Beach accessories on the back porch

Great Place close to Carolina Beach

The house was immaculate. Very comfortable and close to the beach and stores. Very well equipped for our stay. I'll stay here again definitely. The Host Brian was there with quick response to any questions too. 100% stay here folks.

A Great A+ Retreat

My husband and I stayed here with our teenage sons and we all had a wonderful time. The home was very clean, up to date nice decor and well appointed even had dog beds for our dogs. The home is in a nice neighborhood and within a reasonable distance from beaches and other attractions, restaurants and all stores. We all agreed that we would stay here again. Owners are very nice and responsive and very much wanted our stay to be A+! 5 out of 5 stars!

Wilmington fall trip 2024

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Near the Sea! The house was spotless and well equipped. Bed was super comfortable with a nice fluffy comforter. Bathroom had a large shower and extra toiletries in case you forgot anything. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans and utensils. Our golden retriever found the toy basket immediately upon arrival and carried the octopus around during our entire stay! Our favorite feature was the large front porch. We spent a lot of time out there eating breakfast and having coffee. The neighbors were all so friendly, we felt right at home! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to Brian and Kristi for sharing their beautiful home.

Very quiet. Not a "through" street. Lots of pets and young families (children). Quick and easy access to the water!

Best front deck in Wilmington! 1961 Evenrude waiting to be rebuilt secured in the living room near fireplace.
