The house is very clean. It’s not on the beach front, but only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. The area is nice and quiet, and everyone around the neighborhood seems super nice. I could see myself living here. It’s not busy at all like it is in Daytona, so very family friendly if you aren’t wanting to be in a busy area where all the parties are. There are areas on the beach marked off where turtles have laid eggs. We didn’t get to see any babies, but, that’s ok. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded very quickly to me when I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend booking here if you’re looking for nice and quiet and not a very busy beach to spend time at. Also as a side note, there are some shops nearby, and within 10 minutes or so is a Publix. If you’re looking for a lot of beach stores, Daytona is about 15-20 minutes or so away. We had a great week and hope to stay again in the future!
