Near the Mall and Freeway entrance to Downtown Memphis or Oval City. Free Strong WIFI. All smart televisions in each room and the great room. BBQ and patio in the backyard. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Newly refurbished 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms home. Fully furnished kitchen, living room, and bathrooms in a quiet community. 2 car garage.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please throw all garbage into the large outdoor bin before checkout. Thank you.
Please note that our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 11:00 AM to begin preparing and sanitizing the property for the next guest
Close the garage door and lock all doors before leaving. Return the keys to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
