Exactly as advertised

Location was clean and communication of check in instructions was very clear. Neighborhood was mostly friendly and safe feeling.

Didn’t even stay

The whole booking process was awesome. They were very helpful when I had to shorten my stay and super responsive until there were issues. We got there and the place was nice however we literally only had two towels. No hand towels or any extras when I reached out, I didn’t get a response. When we got back to the room to go to sleep, we realize the two of the windows did not lock at all. Being that we are not from here we did not feel safe and when I reached out again, I got no response. When we initially got there and then again when we got back the main door was not even locked. There was another gentleman staying there as well. We could’ve overlooked the front door not being locked however, when the windows would not lock at all and getting no response, we definitely did not feel safe. Never heard back from the host at all. We ended up leaving late that night because we just did not feel safe staying there.

Had a great 2 month stay

I stayed in this unit for 2 months while apartment hunting and everything was lovely. It was a clean unit, nice location, and had good communicatin with the host.
