I was a local lifeguard for 20 years and currently work in restaurants during our summer. I'm very knowledgeable of the area.
Why they chose this property
Just love the island but this spot is great close to happening in beach haven but just far enough o be super relax and quite.

Fully updated kitchen and bathroom few short blocks to be beach and steps to the bats beautiful sunsets
