Newly Renovated 3-Bedroom House in Surf City - Pet Friendly

Welcome to The Helm!! Our newly renovated family home in the heart of Surf City. Just a few minutes from the Bridge. Come experience classic LBI with all the modern amenities that will make your vacation 100% worry free! The house is situated on one of the few lots in Surf City with old growth cedar trees and is a short 3 block walk to the ocean and 1 block from the bay. Some great local spots within walking distance are the Surf City Yacht Club, Surf City Hotel, Surf LBI, and many more shops, attractions and restaurants.

Spend the day at the beach with beach badges included and then come back to relax on the wrap around deck with stunning sunset view.

If the ocean is not your thing but still want to spend the day by the water, the bay beach is just down the road. If you don’t feel like walking to one of the many restaurants in town you can cook with a full kitchen setup and gas grill on the deck.

The house has been recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a private outdoor shower and includes an EV charger in the private driveway.

There are 3 bedrooms plus a brand new pull out sofa bed in the living room, so it can sleep 8-9 people The house also includes a 4moms pack n’ play for the little one, which can be placed in any of the 3 bedrooms.

Charming beach rental

My family and I had such a great time at this beach rental. The premises were beautiful, well stocked and very clean. We loved the landscape gardening with privacy from the pine trees. The upstairs deck was also great for viewing sunsets. Everything was walking distance, including restaurants, the beach and bay as well. Thank you so much Andrea for hosting us. We would definitely love to stay again!
