Great location and easy access to Forest Park, where we visited the zoo and art museum. The place is well-maintained and property manager was responsive to our inquiries.
Our stay was great! This cute apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The building has so much character & you can really imagine the different stories those walls could tell. The apartment had everything we needed to cook & make meals.
We were able to walk to the turtle park & the next day, walked to the zoo!
Overall, I am thrilled we booked our stay at this apetment!
The photos leave out some of the issues with the property. Stayed with my wife and newborn child. The tile in the bathroom is cracked and shifts when you step on it, the stove has to be lit with a lighter but there are no instructions to tell you that, the faucet handle in the shower is just glued in place and pops off when using the shower.

Good value
Simple, spacious apartment for a weekend visit. Great location and a walkable neighbourhood. However, it is an old building and apartment feels a bit neglected. We noticed mold on the window frames and around the tub. Many of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. The building is also quite loud, and we could hear the neighbours often. For the price, it was worth it, despite these issues.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location and spacious layout, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
We’ve submitted a maintenance request, and our team will be addressing the mold, dishware, and general upkeep issues immediately. We’re also looking into ways to improve sound insulation where possible.
Your input helps us continue improving, and we hope to offer an even better experience next time.
Bad. Upon walking into the room we were hit with the stench of bad, sour weed. It was think and permeated everything. We left the windows open and left for a few hours. On our return it was the same. My asthmatic famly couldn't breathe in this "non-smoking" property. We had to leave and find a hotel. Owner didn't really tr to help either.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We take all feedback seriously, and what you described is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold. This property is listed and maintained as strictly non-smoking, and we regret that you encountered an odor that made your stay uncomfortable—especially given your family’s health concerns.
We understand how distressing this must have been, and we apologize if our response did not meet your expectations in the moment. We’ve since taken additional steps to thoroughly address and prevent any recurrence of this issue, including a deep cleaning and stricter monitoring of guest compliance with house rules.
Your comfort and safety are very important to us, and we’re genuinely sorry we fell short this time.
It was really clean and well maintained for the most part! Communication was great! Location was amazing for what we were doing (zoo, The Muny, Cardinals game...) Some things need to be addressed though...
1. The beds are small. 2 small adults would probably be ok, but itherwise its a tight fit. But they are comfy!
2. The futons are not comfy.
3. LR a/c not working well.
4. They had plenty of lamps, but not all could connect to wall socket. Needed extension cords.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
