This was a great place to stay, it is close to the beaches, amusement parks, and places to eat. The apartment was clean, with a view of the bay. My family and I had a blast!

Before we even checked in I tried contacting the property to request early check-in due to the desk hours and their phones didn't work so they could not receive incoming calls. Arrived, checked-in and immediately noticed the floors were covered with sand ( it's the beach so we left it go). The view from all balcony was quite lovely until about a half hour in and then it was marijuana smell (from a neighboring balcony) for the rest of our stay. Morning, noon, and night. I could care less if people partake but this was constant to the point we couldn't sit out at all. TV's did not work and there was spotty phone reception in the interior areas of the condo. I understood when I booked the room that there was an amusement park beside the property which was completely fine, however, I failed to realize the the lights at the amusement park are extremely bright and shine on the balcony until after 11p.m. The staff was very nice and the host responded accordingly but overall the stay was not what we expected. The property manager did reach out and mentioned a monetary reimbursement which we appreciated, but nothing every happened with that. I e-mailed the property in regards to the phone conversation and received no response. We received no monetary reimbursement. Just giving honest review of our stay and hoping my review will help correct some of the inconveniences we had.
