Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean outside... Wake up with the sunrise streaming into the bedroom... Coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean... There is always a cool breeze at Princess Heights which keeps the environment heavenly year-round (and you never need to swat a mosquito!).
Away from the hustle and bustle of the casinos and beach bars, but still only 10 mins from Philipsburg and 20 mins from Simpson Bay, our condo is located at the French border with beautiful views of the sea below, and St Barths on the horizon.
The condo is in a secure, gated area, with maid services available as needed, and a large swimming pool with lounge area. Or if you prefer the beach, just walk down the hill and you are on the expansive Dawn Beach with restaurants and kiosks at the new Marriott resort next door.
People love to sleep with the bedroom balcony doors open, so the ocean waves lull you to dreamland. And wake up with the sun and sea breeze coming through the curtains!
