This is the second year in a row we've stayed at this property. The unit is very well equipped, exceptionally clean, has every amenity we look for, and is a close walk to the beach. Carolyn is a great host, makes herself available if you need anything, and is so welcoming! We can't wait to come back next year for our 3rd time!!

We love coming and staying in Carolyn's Condo. It is always immaculate and the only place we will stay at Treasure Island. The view is gorgeous! Any problems or questions she gets back with you immediately. I believe this is our 4th time staying here and we always hate to leave. You will be extremely happy that you chose to stay in 306W at Sunset Vista.

The host was so accommodating and communicative, everyone working at the property was very welcoming and super fun! Our views were amazing, perfect location, and even though we were close to the pool and bar there really wasn’t any background noise from other guests which was nice. Clean and cute, comfortable master bed, updated appliances, gorgeous views of the beachfront and sunsets.

The condo is set up well. The view from the balcony is fabulous - facing West to the sunsets over the bay. Pool and hot tub are great. Beach is right there and huge.

Beautiful condo with an amazing gulf water view. Steps away from the beach allowed us to go in and out easily. The condo is two floors above the bar and comfy outdoor seating area and the pool is to the side, so an active side of the building, but we liked that and it was still very quiet at night for sleeping. Worth it to see the beautiful sunsets from the balcony or wake up and look out on the quiet morning beach. Carolyn was a great host and I would 100% recommend this rental. The on-site cafe is a huge bonus too. Loved our week-long stay!

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were quite comfortable which is important to me when I stay at a rental property. It was well equipped with plenty of cups dishes bowls and cookware. As stated in the description on the website it was very close walking distance to the beach and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Nice property and location

Property was clean and the location within walking distance of John’s Pass. The beach was beautiful and felt almost like a private beach

I've been buying and selling Real Estate Rental Properties since 1995 beginning on Clearwater Beach. After choosing to make Treasure Island Florida my home, I decided this was the perfect place to own a vacation rental because of it's white sandy beach and location to the many attractions, Downtown St Petersburg, ease of getting to the interstate, Airports and all the Beaches.

Why they chose this property

When I discovered there was a brand new Gulf front complex being built on Treasure Island Beach, I wanted to buy a unit. At the time, buying pre-contruction allowed a significant reduction in price so I bought one and watched as it grew into one of the most beautiful properties on the beach. Being an original owner has allowed me to watch how popular and family friendly Sunset Vista Condos has become over the years.

What makes this property unique

Location is close to literally everything! There is an ice cream shop right next door, and a convenience store right across the street. Publix Grocery Store is right down the street. Johns Pass is right over the bridge with shops, restaurants and water activities. There are many restaurants within walking distance.The best part is watching the Sunset every night right from your balcony!
