Host was super nice and very helpful! Location was amazing, especially with 2 kids, swimming pool was directly across the parking lot and the play ground right across the road. We were able to walk down to the Night Owl Cafe and get food and ice cream with ease. House was SUPER clean, we've stayed in a lot of different houses, condos and hotels down there and this one was by far the cleanest. The only down side to this house is that the ac upstairs wasn't working. The host had someone out the week prior to us coming down to try and fix it. She attempted to have someone come out while we were there, but the holiday weekend made it hard. But the fans up in the rooms worked good!We would definitely stay there again! & are planning to come back down in the fall.

I cannot say enough how helpful our host was. The cabin is beautiful, the pool was very well kept. The cabin is well stocked. Our only problem was getting the key pad to work and a bit of a cat odor. Our family would stay here again.

As explained to the guest, there was no cat present in the home - ever. A leak in the crawl space was detected and has been dealt with.

Everything you need and right across the road from Timberline

We had a wonderful stay for the second year in a row. Location is fantastic - right across the road from Timberline, short drives to Canaan and numerous hiking/biking trails. The house is newly updated and very well-stocked with everything you might need. Hot tub is fantastic and our kids loved the arcade. Lots of games and activities, fully-stocked kitchen, peloton....and great communication with Robin who is a lovely host.

Top Notch

Loved our weekend at this property. The home was spotless, well stocked and had lots of entertaining things for the entire family. Robin was prompt to respond to questions, and the location is super convenient (walkable) to Timberline. Peloton Bike uses delta clips (no cage or SPD) and requires you to activate using your account (not like a hotel where you just login) which means logging out and returning to factory when you leave to avoid leaving your own account attached. Still worked great! Robin’s rules and check-out punch list are pretty minimal, and that makes for an easier departure day while taking the sting out of the cleaning fee. Didn’t see on the listing that there would be a camera pointed directly at the hot tub and would have liked that to be more prominent in the listing (I’m a little weird about being in my swim suit on camera lol). All-in-all great stay with my adult children to celebrate October birthdays.
