GREAT SKI/SUMMER HOUSE. PLAY, WORK, ENJOY THE MOUNTAINS. RENOVATED.

3 Bedroom and 2 bathroom duplex, very short distance up from Silverthorne/Dillon on a gentle rising mountain, surrounded by Aspens and Spruce forest. Fantastic views across the valley. Right next to Summit Stage shuttle bus stop. The free shuttle system takes you everywhere you need to go in the county, with convenience. Over 80 factory outlet retail stores nearby. Trailhead across the road leads to wonderful summer riding, miles of aspen lined dog walking trails and winter snowshoeing or sledding.

Xfinity Unlimited (very fast) Internet, TV, DVD collections, kids games, baby high chair, baby pack and play bed, garage, full kitchen, comfy sofa's. Right in the middle of ALL the ski resorts, hit Vail and Breckenridge on the weekdays and Beaver Creek on the weekends for minimum crowds. Take the short bus ride straight to Keystone. Great restaurants in Frisco and Dillon. Mountain bike the adjacent single track or walk the dogs. Driveway plowed. NO SMOKING PLEASE. Up to 2 pets considered by request. No cats. No contractors please this is a vacation home.
