About this property

2 Bed 2 Bath Family Ski Condo (Pet Friendly!)

Please be aware that this is the bottom floor condo unit and with neighbors above and to the sides, there could be some noise.

This is a pet friendly rental property.

Remodeled in December 2018 with plank flooring, new doors, granite vanity tops, and new tub and shower surrounds!

Wifi included.

Patio fence (see photo).

The bed frames are solid beetle kill pine with aspen spindles, and all new mattresses. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed with a double/full on the bottom and twin on top.

This Summit County condo is near Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland! Only 35 minutes to Vail. World class skiing and world class downhill mountain biking and cross country mountain biking is close by! Lake Dillon is just a few minutes away for boating.

- 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
- Ground floor with walk-out patio (must go down steps to enter unit from front door of building)
- One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with full down and twin up.
- Queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress
- Clubhouse has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and activities including pool tables
- Laundry facilities available at the clubhouse
- On the bus route (short ride to/from Keystone, requires a transfer to get to Breckenridge)
- Family friendly: pack n' play, umbrella stroller, baby bjorn infant carrier, infant pool float, booster seat with tray available, other baby gear may be available by request
- Trailer and RV parking available behind the clubhouse - bring your boat, ATVs, snowmobiles, or camper and have a place to park it. Advanced reservation necessary with HOA coordination and approval.
- No Smoking!
- Check-in 4:00pm, check-out 10:00 am; flexible depending upon my calendar and cleaning crew availability (call within 24 hours of your reservation to request)

The location was excellent, plenty of room with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms and nice fenced in yard for dog. The condo had plenty of items in the kitchen, good location to hot tub and laundry available. Very happy with stay.

Great condo close to Dillon Marina

This was perfect for two couples! We each had our own room and bathroom, and the kitchen was really well stocked. The location is great, close to the marina. Had a great stay!

Cozy getaway

Husband and I took my 2 younger siblings on a last minute trip to go snowboarding. Stayed at this condo for 2 nights. Being their first guests and given such short notice (booked it 2 days before arriving), not only were they able to accommodate us with most of the essentials they let us check in early. The condo was a perfect central location to many ski resorts, restaurants, stores, etc. This cozy 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo was more than plenty of room for the 4 of us. After each day of snowboarding we were definitely glad it was on the 1st floor.

Kitchen remodel was nice. The rest of the condo needs some updating as well. Condo was dirty needs a good deep clean. Surfaces were dusty, stove was greasy and bed sheets were not clean when we turned them down. Fulton is old and needs a new mattress. Overall just needs a little TLC.

Thank you for your comments. We had planned to make some upgrades in 2018 and already completed many of them within the last 2 weeks. The entire unit has been repainted, the mattress on the futon has been replaced, and we are currently obtaining estimates to replace our cleaning company. We strive to make the unit as comfortable as possible and we take great pride in our home. We welcome any positive feedback from our guests to make it as nice as possible.

Love this condo!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for cooking too. Love that they have a little patio and allow dogs! Just a mile from the Dillon Amphitheatre which was great. And the owners are very friendly and responsive!

Super cute place for your ski vacation!

This place is looks better in person than it does online. It was VERY clean and had exactly what you would want or need in a getaway. There is even a tub of extra clothes to borrow in case you forgot something. There is a hot tub and a pool 2 buildings over that were much appreciated after a day on the slopes. It was dumping snow when we were there, so we drove to it. The owners were very responsive and we can't wait to go back!

Nice spacious condo in a great Summit County location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close to anything you may want to do in Summit or Eagle County and our kids loved having the park and pool to swim in each day. The unit is very spacious, updated and clean -- has everything you need and the owners were very helpful. We loved that it was pet friendly with a small yard for our dog. We look forward to visiting again!

Nicely Remodeled Condo

This condo is in a large project that has about 400 units in it, Dillon Valley East. The condo is in good shape, is well stocked with supplies, and is very comfortable. Kevin, the owner, responded quickly to a small problem with the icemaker. The main drawback was that our view was dominated by the parking lot.
