Access via a secure front door keypad. Opposite a bar with music, but that closed around 10pm and double windows kept noise low even when bar in full swing. Modern stying, full kitchen amenities: coffee maker, stovetop, grill (but no microwave). Many mini-markets nearby but selection and prices vary (go for a stroll)

Plaza de Armes a block from the apartment. The central hub of Cusco. Lots of well-behaved hawkers as well as tourists.
