Sunset Views-Modern Lake Retreat
Have a quiet weekend getaway or fun with the whole family at this stylish lakeside retreat. With two full bedrooms, a bunk room and two and a half baths, there is plenty of room for the family or a group of friends. This lake cabin has a private dock with deep water, propane grill, two large decks, and beautiful views.
Nestled on a bluff overlooking Lewis Smith lake, our modern cabin is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends, or a couple looking to have a relaxing time on the lake for a weekend or for the whole week. We have stairs that lead to a two slip dock, that any guest can use with year round water on our area of the lake. Our kitchen is stocked with all dishes or utensils that you would need to prepare any dish.
A Few Things Before You Arrive,,,
The last mile is down a gravel road. GPS usually takes you past the house since this is a new construction. The house is the first one on the right after the gravel road forks. There is a sign in front of the house that has the house number on it. The code for the door is on the reservation instructions. A few house rules. Please only flush regular toilet paper down the toilets. We are on septic and anything but regular toilet paper that is provided will be bad for our plumbing. Please advise all guests of this rule. Also, the lake house is high on a bluff, so please no sitting or standing on railings on the porches. We want all of our guest safe. Smoking or vaping of any form are not allowed indoors. We asses a $350 fee if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the house after checkout. Any trash that is placed in the trash bins at the end of the driveway MUST be in a garbage bag. If trash is placed in the bin that is not in one of the plastic trash bags provided, our trash service will not pick up the trash. Please keep blankets and comforters in the bedrooms where they are located at arrival. Also, please do not take blankets or comforters out to the fire pit. Please, no sitting on the living room and dining room furniture wet. Thank you so much for booking and if you have any questions, just let me know. Enjoy your time at the lake!
