This was a wonderful place to stay for our family weekend in Chattanooga. It is close to Rock City, the Incline, and some great food establishments. We would definitely stay here again when we return for another weekend in the area.

Wow! Exceptional property and professional communication

We stayed 4 nights to visit family and participate in local attractions. The home was beautiful so clean and well stocked our stay could not have been better.

We travel and stay in BNBs often. Never have we stayed somewhere so stocked! We are use to having one or two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of cheap paper towels and a towel a person. Not here! We had everything from cleaning and paper supplies to wash clothes and extra blankets and pillows all right there. Fire pits had plenty of wood and overall cleanliness was fantastic. We also met the host and they were so kind and welcoming. They replied quickly to any messages and or questions.

Thanksgiving 2025

Had our family gathering in glorious little valley town of Flintstone, Ga. just south of Chattanooga, TN. Our time with family was a much-needed experience during these busy-chaotic AI generated times. This property was very functional, comfortable and stocked for a large party (4 - adults/4 children under 10) The 20 min drive to my son's house in South Chattanooga was a relief in itself while traveling on the back roads. Easy access to/from local retail. Very quiet surroundings with view of mountain side. We mostly likely will return and hope to make some more family memories.

We loved the property! Could see the flags of Rock City from the front porch. It was in a great location, central to everything. We had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Only thing I would add is some sort of night stand on the other side of the bed in the master bedroom.The property owners are very kind. They even let my grandkids see the inside of their big truck, which was the highlight of their week! This was our second stay here. If we go back to Chattanooga, we will probably book this place again.
