Improper information

The property ad says it sleeps five people, I reached out to the owner after booking it, and confirmed that the sofa will turn into a sleeper. They confirmed it would. Once we got there, we found out that it did not turn into a sleeper sofa also there was no sheets for somebody else to sleep on the sofa or or pillowcases to the pillows. Also, the showerhead nozzle was broken, just kept spinning, and it would either be really cold or burn you. There was only 3 towels for our stay and no bathroom floor rugs. there is no help with these concerns when I reached out to the owner
