Adorable, Classic Beach Home Fully Remodeled in 2024

This adorable, classic Pismo Beach home originally dates to 1953 and was painstakingly fully remodeled in 2024 making the perfect blend of old-school charm and modern comforts. It's located right in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, an easy 1.5 blocks up from the sand, surf, and boardwalk. The living area has a wonderful open floor plan comprised of a gourmet kitchen with large breakfast bar and comfy cozy family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything a home chef could need to make a delicious meal: pots, pans, utensils, serving ware, tableware, small appliances, and more. The breakfast bar is an easy and convenient place to grab a snack or enjoy a full meal any time of day. The living room has a plush sofa with a chaise lounge, pillows, blankets, and a huge Smart TV perfect for family movie night, game night, or your favorite streaming service. Complimentary Wi-Fi included with every stay. The front bedroom has 2 twin beds, a small closet, and access to the Jack & Jill full bath which has a combination tub/shower, a large sink, and linen storage. The second bedroom at the back of the house has a Convertible King bed. Upon arrival it will be made up as a twin day bed high up off the ground and to convert it to a king for sleeping 2 guests simply slide the bedframe out to lengthen it and slide the top mattress down onto the frame. All linens are provided. The second full bath is across the hall from the king bedroom and has a walk-in shower and large sink. Also included with this cute and cozy cottage is off-street parking for 2 cars (in tandem), a fire pit with plenty of seating, outdoor table, small charcoal BBQ. **Ask about nearby construction.
