The master bedroom, with a private balcony, has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk set, also with a flat screen TV. Great room for the kids! Both bedrooms have a private bathroom, featuring a shower/tub combo. Sugar Dunes is just minutes away from great restaurants and shops while still being tucked away in a great location. The townhome offers a grill, beach chairs and beach toys for guests to enjoy!  Sugar Dunes has everything you need for your next beach trip to relax and unwind - A great getaway for the whole family! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**
