This 3-bedroom custom-built home on a generous corner lot is ideal for the waterfront lifestyle with direct access to the Intracoastal and no bridges to the Gulf. It features a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, Subzero refrigerator, GE Advantium oven and stainless range hood. Tenants will appreciate 2 guest bedrooms on the 1st floor, both with en-suite baths and walk-in closets. The luxurious master suite features a balcony with beautiful Bayview, morning kitchen, bath with jacuzzi, walk-in shower, 2 walk-in closets, washer & dryer. The den off the master provides office space with custom built-ins plus a murphy bed. A spacious lanai with paver pool deck and a heated pool & spa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Point at the Bay. It was truly our home away from home for the month of September. There were a variety of thoughtful touches throughout the home, and the view was wonderful. The only improvement I could see, would be regarding the WIFI. We found the consistency of the WIFI slightly lacking, with frequent outages during our month-long stay. Other than this, the home was perfect. Daniel and Birgit were the perfect host and hostess and went above and beyond to help with the few requests we had.I would highly recommend this home to others--you will not be disappointed!

THIS HOUSE IS AMAZING!!! THERE WAS ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYONE. THE POOL WAS PERFECT. LOOKING AT THE MARINE LIFE IN THE CANAL WAS SO COOL. THE PROPRIETORS (BIRGIT AND DANIEL) WERE AMAZING. THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE TV. THEY WERE THERE THAT DAY TO TRY AND FIX IT. THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE ALREADY AT HOME! THEY MADE OUR VACATION AMAZING! WE CAN NOT THANK YOU BOTH ENOUGHTHIS HOUSE IS EMACULANT.

An outstanding experience! We could not have been happier or chosen a better rental company in 342 Vacation Rentals. From the moment we pulled into the driveway to the time we sadly had to leave, everything was well thought out. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided for, instructions were clear and concise, the place was spotless and it smelled really good! It was a fully stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and cookware and we had more fresh towels, linen and soaps than we knew what to do with. If we had questions they were met with an immediate response no matter the time of day. Maintenance was performed on schedule and we were given plenty of advance warning if someone needed to gain access to the property. All the wall switches were clearly marked as to their function, nothing was overly complicated in terms of electronics and a very concise book of items that required your attention (for instance trash takeout days) was readily available.Again, a delightful experience we will most definitely be taking advantage of again!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in dem schönen Haus und fühlten uns richtig wohl. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöne große Zimmer und eine ganz tolle Terrasse mit Pool/Whirlpool direkt an der Bay.Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Agentur.
