House was spotlessly clean and we'll stocked. Loved the heated pool. Unexpected surprise was the bird watching by the pond out back. Favorite thing was a bald eagle landing in the tree above my head while floating in the pool. Easy access to multiple beaches and had some successful shelling. Would happily stay here again. The host, Carlos, responded quickly to any questions.

Host was great - they had some glitches pop up prior to our arrival with the entry process but had a solution in place before we got there. All n all nice place. Would gladly book again. Nice location, close to the beach.

This property was great for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). A Short drive to multiple beaches and entertainment provided a quality stay. Communication was EXCELLENT to fix a few issues created by the previous guests. House was clean, pool was serviced, and beds were comfortable. Overall excellent spot.

The house was great! We greatly enjoyed our time and will stay here again. 4 adults and a pre-teen and there was plenty enough room. The game tables were a plus! Host was very prompt with any question we may have had.

Carlos was a great host! The house is very clean and I was surprised everything that was in the house for amenities. I would recommend any one to book and stay here! Very close to siesta beach, and many eateries. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thanks again Carlos and Family

Scam artist! AC did not work in Florida sun! Fridge wouldn't get cold and spoiled our food! He communicated off platform, then stopped when we started bringing up problems. We had to wait for him to answer us about what the Wi-Fi password was (as it was incorrect in the listing). Had a cleaning person show up while we were checked in to finish their duties.

Stayed here for the month of March 2026 and highly recommend this property to anyone. The location is great, centrally located, lots to do within a 30 min drive in any direction. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool is great, and the wildlife in the backyard pond is relaxing to watch. The treadmill and Peloton bike are a nice touch. The back covered porch is awesome.

We loved our month-long stay this past January. The location, amenities and comfortability of this home is excellent. Carlos was a gracious and attentive host. We have been coming down to the Sarasota area for the past 20 years and this house by far was one of the best. Thank you, Carlos and we hope to stay again.

This house had literally everything you could possibly need. We were able to spend four solid days with our grandbabies and they never got bored and we didn’t have to pack up and tote them anywhere. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We will definitely make this our preferred property as it is so close in proximity to so much to do if you want to leave the property, but it also had everything we needed right at hand! you can’t go wrong with this rental!

Great location, beds were very comfortable after being at the bench most of the day. We enjoyed the shower outside near the pool, the television outdoors was a bonus. This house is very clean in a safe neighborhood, would definitely recommend this house to my friends again.

This is a fabulous home in a great location with groceries and beaches very close! My kids and I stayed for 6 nights. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need. The pool was a huge hit along with all the gaming tables for the times in between activities and evenings. And, Carlos was great to work with. He checked in to see how things were going and was very responsive with all questions!

Great house to make a home base!

Our stay in Sarasota was awesome! This house and its amenities made our stay a true vacation!It rained two days of our trip and the pool saved the day. Our kids loved being to come home and relax in the pool after a day at the beach. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. If you are planning a trip to Sarasota/Siesta Key Beach, you should definitely stay at this property!

I believe this staycation deserves a 5 not because it’s a 5hotel with flash showers but because it is Homey, it’s quiet & peaceful, the Pool you can relax in on floaters watching the wildlife ; we watched the Squirrels, rabbits, birds of all sorts, we even had a turtle show itself. Please Note that trees & shrubs grow as does wildlife, so views across the Lake are changeable. Carlos will do his best to accommodate any queries. The home has all sorts to use, Beach gear, a travel hairdryer with a diffuser! was great for my curly hair, a kettle us Brits have to have. Comfy sofas plenty of chairs. TVs you can login to your own Prime or Netflix (remember to log out) Things left from other people is helpful (you can’t take it with you but you hate to throw it away) Its location is really great you can travel 5 minutes to shops & restaurants, 10 mins to Siesta Beach, a taxi on an evening for Captain Curts Tiki is 12. They have live music, the food was nice. It’s 30 mins to Ellenton shopping Mall, 40 mins to Venice beach which is lovely, it is Shelley, people fish off the Pier & dolphins can be seen from here and the beach. Sharky’s the big beach Restaurant is / was very busy, lovely food, decent prices. People come for the Sunsets too, we didn’t stay for this. The Grand Luxury Cinema in Venice-The seats are comfortable, they recline & acan be heated & have tables. Applebees has nice food. Fun Boat Tours !! we had Dolphins jumping along side our boat. Excellent.
