Lakefront views! Relax and recharge in a 3 bdrm/ 2 bath house on Canyon Lake. Enjoy pristine waterfront views from almost every room while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy a nice cold drink on the patio or from the kitchen. Direct access to the lake to dip your toes in the water, swim, or you can play in the huge backyard.

House has high end furniture & has an open concept. It's perfect for entertaining while soaking in lakefront living.

Upscale home with a fabulous location on Canyon Lake. Boat rental, Tubing, and Gruene nearby. Loved the deer that visited the property.

It is a wonderful lake access property with a huge backyard.Very beautiful patio with comfortable sofas and dining table. Direct lake access to swim and relax in the water. Absolutely stunning views from the house and patio, kids room foil of different table games. Just a perfect place to spend time with family/friends.

My family and I stayed here for a few days. We loved it. The house is BEAUTIFUL. And the view is spectacular. We were amazed to see so many deer several times a day. Truly beautiful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We thought it was 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each but its just 2 bedrooms with king beds and the playroom which has a bunk bed that sleeps 3. Just something to keep in mins when renting. But we truly loved it! Will definitely have this house in mind for another trip!

This beautiful home was immaculate and had the most spectacular view overlooking Canyon Lake. We had so many deer visit us it was surreal. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities anyone would need to just relax and enjoy. The location was perfect and the host was extremely responsive and gave helpful tips about the area. Highly recommend!!!

Everything about this home was fantastic for us. It is clean, well appointed with everything you could want, quiet, scenic, and has great value for the cost. Our communication is the owner, Mary Ann, was excellent. This is the kind of place that we would like to stay at again, but next time, it will be for a longer period of time. Great Place To Make Memories

The place was really nice and clean. It had everything you needed to be comfortable and do the normal thing you would normally do at home. The house had great appliances and furniture (we are getting the same couch!). It has a great view of Canyon Lake. The lake was just at 48% full so not much to walk to in the access of the house but the views are still nice. Lots of things to do and restaurants near by. I would recommend this place to anyone.

5 Stars – Perfect Lakefront Getaway!

Our stay at the Cozy Lakefront Retreat on Canyon Lake was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautifully modern, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the smart tv’s, mood lighting, natural light, walk in shower, cozy indoor and outdoor furniture, air fryer, dog bowls, coffee machine and even to the filtered fridge water, every detail was thoughtfully provided for your convenience and comfortability.The outdoor space was a dream, with a grill, outdoor fan, fun games, and a private setting that made for the perfect getaway. The lake views were absolutely stunning, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to unwind. Plus, having a grocery store nearby was super convenientA huge shoutout to Mary, the host, who was incredibly welcoming and accommodating—she truly made our stay even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home (and more), this is the place. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family (including our dog) stayed here for a week while vacationing in Canyon Lake. The view is stunning! The house itself was set up so nicely with lovely accommodations. Our kids loved playing some of the games in the garage. We spent time hiking on both sides of the lake from the property access. The drive from the house to Landa Park and New Braunfels was quick and scenic! We floated the Guadalupe using Rockin R one day and brought the Igloo they provided along which was super helpful! We also floated the Comal using Landa Tubed another day and did the same thing. We visited Natural Bridge Caverns which was only 13 miles away. We also signed up for the Canyon Lake guided gouge tour which was 8 mins away and such a treat! It was a perfect location! We highly recommend stopping to eat at Gennaro's Trattoria before you leave the area! Wildflour was also amazing! And Kafekali is a bakery with the most delicious pastries! As you can tell, we really took advantage of the area and couldn’t imagine not having this cozy home to come back to after our trips. Our kids were super sad to leave especially with our daily deer visitors!

Beautiful home with amazing views

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and communication with the owner was great. I'm giving a 4 star review only for small things. My first comment is that it is a pet friendly home and at times my husband and I could smell a dog smell. The house was super clean though, so again not a big deal. We just lit a candle. My other comment is the listing says there is a hair dryer, we couldn't find one. It's possible we just missed it or a previous guest ran off with it. Lastly the bed was super comfortable but the pillows were not great. Things like that is all personal preference so take these critique with a grain of salt. Overall our stay was very pleasant. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the view and the deer running around down below. We would definitely stay at this property again.
