Eype View is set in an elevated wooded position above the town situated down a private drive. This 1st floor apartment comprises the following: Ground floor entrance lobby with stairs to open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom and shower room all finished to an excellent standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to express your culinary talents. The lounge boasts double patio doors & Juliet balcony with far reaching southerly views across roof tops & fields to Eype church. A TV and DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games are provided for your entertainment. We also offer wireless internet access to keep you in touch. Access to the apartment is via private gated courtyard adjacent to off road parking for one car. Situated in a private road, Eype View offers quiet and relaxing accommodation a few minutes walk from the bustling market town of Bridport. The small harbour of West Bay is also within walking distance situated on the stunning Jurassic coast and was the location for the recent Broadchurch TV series. The nearest beaches are at West Bay and Eype's Mouth with ample parking at both or easily accessible on foot.

A spotlessly clean, comfortable apartment in a safe, peaceful location. An easy walk to the shops, cafes and pubs in Bridport & a short drive to West Bay. Enjoyed the Saturday market in Bridport. We spent a good few hours on Hive Beach with the lovely Hive Beach cafe handy for a drink and/or meal. Helen was so easy to deal with throughout, We loved the apartment, its location and the surrounding area and would definitely return.

We had the most comfortable and peaceful holiday, whilst staying in this apartment, it had everything you need and more! A very well equipped kitchen indeed.I would recommend to anyone as its location is very private and is near to other places to visit! Will definitely be coming back!

The property was beautiful and in perfect condition. Everything was provided for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen was excellently equipped. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The host was friendly and helpful. The bottle of wine and lovely chocolates we found on arrival made us feel very welcome. Thank you for making the holiday special.

Spotlessly clean apartment in a quiet part of Bridport, just a short stroll from the main high street. Excellent amenities making for a home from home stay. We loved looking out at the view from the Juliet balcony. Short drive to West Bay and Burton Bradstock beach. Would love to return

The apartment was perfect. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was a short walk into Bridport and close to beaches. The neighbourhood was quiet and parking on site was easy.

Peaceful, well equipped and lovely location

This property was perfect for our short stay. Perfectly located on a quiet road just a few minutes from the town, it was very peaceful with lovely views. It provided everything we needed and was very comfortable. Helen was very friendly and responsive and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Very comfortable apartment for two 5 mins walk to Bridport shops. The apartment has all you need for a weeks stay or more. Helen provides a lovely welcome pack. We hope to visit again next year.

Lovely and peacefull

Great property on the edge of town - easy walking distance with bus stop at the end of the road if needed to travel further afield. Lovely clean property with all you need for short stay. Dvd's, games and jigsaws provided as well as a welcome pint of milk and tea/coffee and how could i nearly forget - a bowl of chocolates!! Had no need to contact the owners over anything - key in keybox which was just returned at the end of our stay.
