Nostalgic visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our annual beach trip since the kids were little; Have not been in at least 7 yr...sadly parts of the area need refurbishing; Parts of the pool tile has fallen off and the area around are peeling. The 'upgraded' outside wash station was just a long hose with a huge hole in it and the steps leading down to the beach were never cleaned so walking up/down on caked/slippery sand was dangerous. No complaints about the unit--it was great. Disappointed that gulfstream now charges a resort fee and cleaning fee.
