a great place to stay in Nashville

Our stay here was wonderful. The host responded very quickly to my questions. It's not a bad walk to Broadway. The parking is convenient. It's a 30/day charge. Make sure you register your vehicle before parking or you will get a fine. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a nice spacious place.

Nashville getaway

We checked and then received a message later that we would need to pay for parking if we had a car. I went back to the listing and didn’t see this requirement or fee anywhere. After much discussion it can be found on the website from the computer only. Can’t see this from phone. The pool was under construction and we were not made aware. When asked the owner about this he said he is not responsible for the closing of amenities. Ceiling fans were dirty and some dropped chips/crumbs behind night stands but not a major deal. No apologies for any of our concerns over the parking or swimming pool. Overall nice apartment and neighborhood with a Coffee shop next door.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience to help future guests.We were driving from Ohio to Florida and planned an overnight stop in Nashville so we could check in at 4:00 p.m. and enjoy the evening. Before arriving, we provided everything requested for parking, including our name, a photo of my driver’s license, our vehicle information, and paid the required 30 parking fee.We were told we’d receive check-in instructions at 4:00 p.m., but nothing arrived. After numerous calls and messages, Ronald finally answered around 6:00 p.m. and gave us the correct door code and parking instructions. He appeared to be at a bar, with loud music, conversations, and glasses clinking in the background. The nearly two-hour delay significantly disrupted our plans.The next morning, despite following the parking instructions exactly, we found a 52 parking ticket. The parking company told us our vehicle had never been registered by the owner, and our appeal was denied for that reason. Ronald has ignored my messages about the ticket.We paid 30 for parking, were fined 52 because our vehicle wasn’t registered, experienced poor communication, and lost two hours of our vacation. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
