Nicely decorated, with everything you need to make it comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and also new nearby restaurants (PennePazze, homemade pasta). Covered parking was nice and pool was refreshing and clean. I would stay again. Thank you!

Everything was nice and clean, had no issues on the stay, Host was very nice and willing to help in any way. I really liked the parking being blocked off from the city, made me feel safe about leaving my truck parked for our stay.

Communication with Kim was easy and effective. We had a great time in Nashville and enjoyed the cozy condo on the river. Walking to the bars on Broadway was safe and easy for us. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee was really relaxing!The living room was charming, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back! This was such a nice condo. It was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the boats.The location is great easy ride to down town. Kim was an excellent host checking on us to see if we needed anything. It was a great stay and we plan to come back

If you want to stay in Nashville this place is perfect! Just off the main strip with a super quick Lyft ride to anywhere you want to go. The host Kim was amazing and very responsive. We had zero issues here and cannot wait to stay again. Thank you Kim!!

Great location just would have liked more kitchen items as we cook a lot. Needed a dish for the oven and a very non plastic items but we understand most people don’t cook on vacation. Over all I would rent it again!

Close to Broadway, 10-15 minute walk. We loved having two king beds and two bathrooms. We didn’t cook, but everything was there if you wanted to cook. We really enjoyed our stay.
