My friends and I had a very good experience at this condo. It was perfect for our situation, Kim was an excellent host and the amenities were much more than expected. The location was also good. We were just staying one night because we were seeing an exhibit at the Frist Art Museum. If we have occasion to go back to Nashville, we would enjoy staying here again. It was nice having free parking too.

Very nice accommodations! Downtown is about a mile walk. The only suggestion I would make is to include in the description of the property that the unit is on the second floor and there is not an elevator - suit cases have to be carried up two flights of stairs.

Ty 4 the reciew howver i must clarify a few thing's!! Its 1 flight of steps 13 steps to be exact (super easy) & NOT 2 flights of stairs to my units...its .07 miles to downtown/ broadway & all venues... so I'm confused on where a mile came into play...it clearly states both in my listing information!! Come back anytime..
