Brothers Wedding

We had family from NC, AL, CO & CA all come into town for a wedding and we were able to use Ranch House as "wedding central" for the family!!!! It worked out great and was very accommodating for us! We were able to sleep 8 with ease and cook for the family.

This house isn’t in Upland. It’s in Rancho Cucamonga. After flying 6 hours and driving 2.5 hours to get to vrbo, I was sent to wrong house where code didn’t work (of course). I was finally able to reach an agent and she claimed we confirmed it was a different address,2.5 miles away. Not a biggie save for more bumper to bumper traffic. Once I did find the right house, the outside gate was locked so I could even get in. Now it’s dark outside and the rep isn’t answering me. I was able to find a door open in the back of house and got in that way. A total drag. Overall the house was spacious and charming. However it sits on a lot with another house and I wasn’t made aware of that in advance. It felt less private than what I expected. The house has a lovely kitchen but very so so bathrooms. The showers are very weak and only one has a shower door. Overall,I feel like the customer service was terrible and the house was misleading. It’s hard to imagine using VRBO again.
