Nestled in the coveted Bay Harbor area, you'll find yourself just a stone's throw away from a myriad of beach destinations, ensuring your days are filled with exploration and adventure.
Inside our beach haven, you'll discover that we've thought of every detail to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. The fully stocked kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, complete with a fridge equipped with an ice maker. We've provided everything you might need to enjoy your stay, from essential cookware to sheet pans and cake pans for those spontaneous baking sessions. You won't have to worry about bringing anything from home because we've got you covered with an ample supply of dishes, silverware, and all the necessary utensils.
There's no shortage of dining options at our beach house. Gather around the inviting kitchen island, enjoy a meal in the well-appointed dining area, or take advantage of the balmy weather by dining alfresco on our expansive decks. If you prefer a casual gathering, head downstairs to our fantastic outdoor space. This area features an indoor/outdoor bar, complete with a sink and refrigerator, ensuring your drinks stay cool and entertaining is a breeze. With an open bar area, comfortable stools, two picnic tables, and an outdoor television, this space is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the salty breeze. As for accommodations, our four meticulously decorated bedrooms offer a peaceful and restful haven for your vacation. Two of the bedrooms boast French doors that open onto the back porch, inviting you to relax and soak in the view. Each room is equipped with a television, laundry baskets, hangers, and bedside lamps for your convenience.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
