About this property

Freshly renovated condo in the heart of College Station! Sleeps 6

Enjoy a comfortable stay at our cozy home. Our home is equipped with all new furnishings, toiletries, and linens. Each bath is stocked with soap, shampoo, blow dryers, and premium towels. In the kitchen, there is a new Keurig (pods provided), new pots and pans, dishes, glasses…you name it! We provide all dish & laundry detergents for your convenience. There are 5 new smart tvs, up to 75 inches. You can watch your favorite streaming service from any room. Game days will be perfect to watch on the 3 tvs in the living room…or skip the games and binge your favorite shows!

Our home is located less than 2 miles from the A&M campus. There are dozens of restaurants and shops nearby as well.

Each condo has 2 covered parking spots right off the back porch. There are also plenty of open spaces for the community.

We welcome all of our Aggie family & those visiting College Station. We can’t wait to host you!

We stayed here for Parents Weekend at A&M. It’s very close to the University, easy to get around. The property had plenty of space for us to spread out after a long day. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfy.

CStat Gameday Rental

The rental was as easy as we could have ever dreamed. The unit was newly remodeled so it was pristine. The location was private and quiet, very nice. The Game Day touch of three TV's made the wait for TAMU's night game fly by! We will stay here again. A coffee pot would have been the icing on the cake, but the "pod" maker was a hit. Bring your own coffee, and condiments!! Great place!! Rick & Deena
