The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, Keurig Espresso machine, hot water boiler, mini portable teapot, and microwave. A desk and chair are available for work, supported by fast Wi-Fi.

Hotel amenities like the Flo-Water Station, vending machines, and a paid laundry service on the P3 floor are also at your disposal as well as a laundry room.

For those exploring the island, nearby car rentals offer convenient day trip options. Paid parking is available in the hotel ($45 + tax per day), with unlimited in-and-out access on a first-come, first-served basis.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED. All guests must fill out the EDS (emergency data sheet) and submit it prior to check-in date or delivered to front desk at check-in. The check-in agent will verify guest ID with info on the EDS form and issue 2 room keys. Registration is required on day of arrival.
This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/ include daily cleanings or linen services. Maid service is available for a fee. Please inquire if interested.
Guests have access to all amenities in the building. The front desk service will only be for check-in and check-out. No other front desk services will be available for private units.

QUIET HOURS - 9:00pm - 8:00am. Parties not Allowed.
CLOTHING AND LAUNDRY - Clothing or laundry shall not be hung in doorways, windows or lanais and shall not be visible in any manner from outside the Apartment.
AIR CONDITIONING - ALWAYS turn off when not in the condo, and please be mindful not to have it on when lanai doors are open. Slider Doors MUST BE closed for A/C to operate. Some doors are sensitive so adjust the left or right to hear the beep. Use remote to control the temperature of the A/C unit (located above TV) DO NOT set below 72 degrees.
CHECK OUT CLEANING - ALL Garbage should be removed and placed in the TRASH ROOM in parking floors, before departure. Failure to leave the unit tidy can result in a $60+ charge. This is our second home and we greatly appreciate it if you treat it like your own.
SAND - Please remove sand and shells from your legs and feet, from pockets, bathing suits and towels BEFORE entering the unit and showers. We ask that you shake all sand out outside the lobby.
