O imóvel precisa de algumas melhoria, pelo qual já conversei com a proprietária, demais e um ótimo apartamento, bem localizado, 1º andar do prédio, acesso e saída do prédio bem tranquilo, já conheço bem praia grande e arredores, o ponto onde fica o apartamento é ótimo do lado de tudo e dos pontos de ônibus para quem preferir circular de transporte, recomendo e retornaria, anfitriã foi atenciosa com todas as dúvidas

Hospedagem em Ubatuba - Praia Grande

O apto é exatamente como nas fotos. Ficamos 5 pessoas confortavelmente e caberiam mais 2 pessoas se não importassem de dormir no colchão no chão. O apto estava muito limpo, não vimos nem mosquito e é pertíssimo da praia. A anfitriã é muito ágil nas respostas. O único ponto negativo é o ar condicionado que não está funcionando 100% mas dá uma refrescada no quarto. Vi vizinhos de outros prédios reclamando q água acabou mais de um dia, mas lá não acabou nenhum dia e tudo funcionou perfeitamente! Recomendamos muito a hospedagem.

Apartamento em localização excelente, porém necessita urgente de uma reforma, principalmente no banheiro (reboco teto caindo, box quebrado, porta toalhas quebrado), os moveis são antigos, no quarto tem 2 televisões que não funcionam, ar condicionado necessita de limpeza, freezer na cozinha enferrujado e com portas quebradas, porta da cozinha quebrada sem maçaneta, a garagem é bem apertada e acredito que só cabe 2 se forem pequenos (tipo palio, gol, uno ou menor) e com dificuldade. No geral, considerando a localização e o preco, valeu a estadia.

O apartamento é bom, bem localizado, precisa de pequena manutenção (Janela enroscando, micro ondas só funciona quando quer). O mais inconveniente é na chegada, não tem campainha, vc tem que ir entrando e achar o zelador. No mais o AP é legal. Vale a pena.

Pra nós que ficávamos o dia inteiro na rua, saindo as 10 da manhã e retornando somente as 19, 20 e até 21 hs, foi muito bom.. O Imóvel tem todas as condições para cozinhar, dormir e descansar. Precisa de algumas reformas mas no geral foi bom.
