Apt 1 bedroom with double bed with ceiling fan and closet and 1 bathroom, kitchen with basic utensils and service area. dining room and TV room with sofa with a ceiling fan. We rent only to family and up to 5 people. Located in a prime location great beach, near the beach, restaurant, mini markets, bakeries, shopping and gas station.

Chegamos no apt tudo certo, de acordo com o anúncio, muito perto da praia, perto de supermercados tudo. Única questao é que faz 10 ano que vou a praia grande mais de 2 veses ao ano, e em todos os apts que ficamos tinham travesseiro, mesmo que a gente não usasse, e infelizmente não tinha neste e a gente viaja de moto entao dificultou um pouco, poderia colocar no anúncio para a gente ficar mais ciente, mais não teve nada que impediu da gente ter uma estadia ótima.

O anúncio é fiel. Uma quadra praticamente da praia com restaurantes e mercados muito próximos. Fica bem no meio da Praia Grande. Apartamento simples, porém atende muito bem e muito limpo. Único ponto que ressaltaria seria a possibilidade de colocar mais uma fechadura ou uma tetra para garantir maior segurança, só um detalhe mesmo pois não tivemos nenhum problema com segurança, inclusive a portaria é 24hrs.

O imóvel exatamente como mencionado nas descrições, muito limpo, aconchegante, oferece segurança e tranquilidade. Próximo da praia, supermercado, farmácia e restaurantes. O Sr. Toshiharu e sua colaboradora Priscila sempre muito atenciosos e educados, porteiros também simpáticos, educados e prestativos. Já ficamos em vários aptos, mas como esse tiramos o chapéu, organização e limpeza nos utensílios de cozinha, banheiro e camas estão de parabéns. Prédio desde a calçada até na porta limpos e muito boa apresentação. Acomoda 5 pessoas tranquilamente, colchões em perfeito estado promovendo um ótimo descanso. Apto muito bom, prédio excelente e muito bem organizado. A presença de porteiro 24h garante a segurança. Toda a negociação com o proprietário foi extremamente tranquila e tudo ocorreu como o combinado. Em um retorno, será uma grande satisfação voltar ao imóvel. Apenas gostaria de sugerir ao proprietário a disponibilização de Wiffi, o que deixaria o imóvel ainda mais interessante. Obrigado
