Pet friendly property! Up to 2 dogs allowed, no weight restrictions. $175.00 additional fee for pets, plus tax. There is a fened in back yard with a dog waste bag dispenser.

Local beach accesses: O'steen Public Beach Access located at 320 Gulf Shore Dr. Destin, FL (parking is free/limited) and Henderson Beach State Park located at 17000 Emerald Coast Parkway Destin, FL with parking fees of $6.00 per vehicle, and $4.00 for a single-occupant vehicle.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that we rent exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
