We've stayed at Beach Place several times over the years, but this condo was absolutely our favorite. It was clean, updated, had a beautiful view, and had everything we needed as a nice courtesy (dish soap, towels, even a few beach items). The price we paid was more than fair, and we loved our stay. When we go back, we'll definitely try to get this same unit again!

This rental has great space, larger than most we have stayed in. It was very roomy for our family of 6. The location and assigned parking is perfect. We loved people watching from the balcony, right over the pool. The condo is decorated cute, but definitely needs some updating TLC…like paint, living room furniture needs cleaning, and beach items. Clearer information as to where the front office is located would be helpful. Overall, we had a great time!

Great location and beautiful view. Interior is a bit dated but has old school Florida charm. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, watch the sunset from the balcony. Hard to beat!

We had a great stay overall. The place was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, which made the trip really comfortable. The heated pool was a big highlight, and the building itself was nice. The hosts were also great, very responsive and easy to communicate with.The unit had sand toys available, which was a nice touch for a beach stay. The floors were a bit dirty at times, but that’s fairly expected being so close to the beach with sand coming in and out.Everything was great and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again.
