Lake front property on Lake Shafer. this home has 120 feet of lake front. great place to swim and dock your boat. Home has two large patios one with a outdoor fireplace and the other a great place for sun tanning. Both overlooking the lake. Imagine relaxing on the patio drinking your beverage and eating your favorite grilled masterpiece while watching the sun set in the distance over the lake.

Inside you have three nice size bedrooms two with queen beds and one with a king bed with its own bathroom. you also have a pull out couch that will sleep two nicely and an additional couch that is awesome to sleep on. there is also a love seat that a small child could sleep on also.

Family room has 42 in tv over the top of the fire place with a surround sound and dvd player.

Very nice full kitchen with all the items needed to cook the dinner of your choice also a gas grill just outside on the patio. diswasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker

the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and almost anything you need. The owner keeps a great stock of recent DVDs which the kids enjoyed. We also love that we can tie up a pontoon boat right at the dock! Great vacation spot! I highly recommend it.

This was a pretty nice house, not exactly ‘ newly’ renovated but still ok. Furniture in the living area needs replaced badly but the beds we’re comfortable and you are really paying for the lake access. AC worked hard but it was an exceptionally hot week. View is great. The water in the house does have an odor and directions to place the bedding would be nice also directions on how to work the shower in the bathroom with the bathtub. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Family get together

This property is just as advertised. The owner was very responsive and the house was very clean. It was just off the main lake in a channel and very quiet. My dad was able to easily tie his boat up without any issues after launching at the marina. It really was a great little place that allowed me to stay while I was back home visiting family.

Was a great time, was not sure which house it was , neighbors helped us. Everything in the house was great and worked out very well for us. Just was not sure what all we should do upon departing with bedding and towels and things like that.

Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. House was spotless. Fun card games available. Only issue was the AC that struggled on the 90 plus day. Very quiet seldom even saw a boat on the lake.

Great place for family vacation

The house was a great home-base for our family's trip to Lake Shafer. The six of us (2 adults & 4 kids) were more than comfortable inside the house. Everything inside was new and well kept. The two decks in the back with the outdoor fireplace and the seawall were great for swimming and just hanging out. The usual tourist attractions of Indiana Beach and Lake Shafer/Lake Freeman were a short drive away. Our kids, ages 8-14, loved the place. We'll be back.

We enjoyed a vacation with our children, their spouses, and young grandson. Everyone had a great time. This home is right on the water. It has two huge outdoor areas-a patio with fireplace & grill and a deck area. Both look out over the water. The home is equipped with dishes, cookware, flatscreen TV, DVD, movies, & games.

I am a boating and water junky. I love to go to the lake and spend the day ski or tube. I work in retail so my time is very limited. I love having a place to take the family and do all of our favorite things.

Why they chose this property

We bough this lake house with our large family in mind. this place has all that we could ever want out of a lake house and space for the kids to roam. we have been vacationing in this area for about the last 15 years. Its a great place to go with the family, Indiana Beach amusement park, water sports, dairy farms, go carts, golf, mini golf, fruit picking, winery, out door movies, fireworks during summer at the park what else could you ask for to have a great vacation.

What makes this property unique

Home located on the water. So if you get hot jump on in. Min. from Indiana Beach amusement park, boat and wave runner rentals can be accessed from the water or a short drive. Golf can also be accessed from the water.
