Fantastic stay at this 2 bedroom condo. The convenience of a fully furnished unit was very convenient, especially when traveling with a toddler.

This vrbo is in a good central location and in a safe area. The only thing that I recommend is that they put a window unit in the extra bedroom. The last night we were there we opened windows at night to create a cross wind through the unit to cool that room, but it caused the unit in the living room to not affectively cool the rest of the unit.

Aloha — thank you for the thoughtful review of Island Sands 105. I’m glad the location and neighborhood felt convenient and safe. We appreciate the suggestion about adding a window unit in the extra bedroom and thank you for letting us know; we will have our team look into options to improve cooling and airflow so the whole unit stays comfortable without affecting the living room system. Your feedback helps us make better stays for future guests. We hope you come back to Maui soon and that we will have the opportunity to be your host again! A hui hou kakou! (Until we meet again.) Perfect location

We loved the location of our condo. The ground flour, just steps from the pool and barbecue area was perfect for us. Our condo was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed.

Things were ok here, Nice amenities, clean for the most part. Except for the floor, that was very dirty and sliding glass door very hard to open. This unit is noisy as it is right by the walk way going outside. Decorated cute. I'm not sure I would stay here again for the price.

Aloha, Mahalo for staying with us and for your feedback. I’m sorry the floor was dirty, the sliding glass door was difficult to open, and the unit’s proximity to the walkway made it noisy — that should not have been your experience. We’ve asked housekeeping to re‑clean the floors and retrain staff, and maintenance will service and adjust the sliding door so it opens smoothly. We’ve also updated the listing to better note the unit’s location and are exploring noise‑mitigation options to improve future stays. Thank you for the kind words about the amenities and decor. If you have any other details to share, please message us through Vrbo and we’ll follow up. Mahalo, The My Perfect Stays Team

Got the job done

Several of us had to spend the week on Maui and didn't want to fly in and out each day. The condo was conveniently located so that we didn't have to battle traffic coming and going to our work location. Very affordable when divided by multiple people.

The beach is non-existent. The area is super tiny, and you can't get in the water because of the number of rocks around it.

Aloha, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the beach conditions weren’t what you expected during your stay. Due to seasonal ocean swells and natural shoreline changes, beach size and accessibility can fluctuate significantly—even by the hour. Unfortunately, this is something outside of our control, but we understand how disappointing it can be when the conditions aren’t ideal. We do hope you were still able to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and all that the area has to offer. Mahalo, The My Perfect Stays Team

The floor was very dirty, stained sheets, fridge barely worked and microwave needs replaced (can’t read the display as half of it is burned out) master bedroom needs a new mattress(very uncomfortable) one very small dresser, master bath needs redo cabinet is blistering from water damage. Could t enjoy the lanai because air conditioner was leaking water all over it.the living room furniture also needs replacing. Pretty bummed at the price we paid for what we got. Not worth it.
