Two Bedrooms on main floor off kitchen feature a Queen bed in each & full bath. Kitchen boasts SS appliances, beautifully decorated living room, playroom & front porch. Walk down the stairs to find a bedroom with full bed, down the hall you'll find a Queen bed in an open layout and two twin beds off of this area. This floor also has another full bath with tub. Great setup for parents/children! Drop off beach chairs/toys, use outdoor shower and walk right into this lower level. Perfect for sandy kids to rinse off before taking a bath before dinner! Amenities include: WiFi /cable /washer & dryer, CENTRAL AIR. Large deck with (2) patio sets for large outdoor cookouts and plenty of seating! Brand new Weber gas grill. The perfect beach escape for your family! Works great for two families who want their own space to get ready but plenty of room to be together too! Sleeps 8 comfortably.

My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 after we had rented it with our family a few years earlier. We simply fell in love with it and with the area! Our daughter was born October 2019 and we can't wait to create memories with her at the house and beach as its such a special property. Most of our family lives on the cape so we are very familiar with the area! 781-910-8800

Why they chose this property

You'll walk inside and realize why we call this home "Our happy place!" Many of our weekly summer guests are repeat renters and we hope you are too. It's the perfect family vacation rental to share with another family as there are two separate sleeping areas downstairs and upstairs, each with a full bath, but also plenty of space to hang out with eachother in the kitchen/livingroom and patio. Please note, this is a family vacation home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood.
