AVAILABLE BY WEEK ONLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (exception is 7/25/25-8/1/25 which is 6 days)

This Classic Cape-Cod home has a modern granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and is well maintained with hardwood floors, white walls and a HUGE sunroom that overlooks the Bay! The house has CENTRAL A/C.
You'll find meticulously kept grounds and wonderful views of Cape Cod's vertical lift Railroad Bridge.

Enter into the first floor which boasts a modern granite kitchen, an open floor plan, with dining room and living room attached. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, along with the sunroom. There is also a private den with a futon and a sleep sofa in the sunroom on the first floor. There are 2 TV's and cable on the first floor. The house also has WIRELESS INTERNET.

On the second floor, there are 2 large bedrooms, one King sized bed and one Queen sized bed. Both rooms have TV's and ocean views. There is also a bathroom and tub/shower upstairs as well.

Outside the property, adjacent to the sunroom, there is a slated porch and grassy area, and a staircase that leads right down to the beach and ocean. BBQ provided.

Whether for vacation, fishing, touring, relaxing, boating-- there is no better place than the Bay. This is the ideal place to bring your family on vacation to the ocean. Watch the spectacular sunrises over Buttermilk Bay and take a 5 minute stroll down the beach to a tiki bar where the mudslides are to die for!

Great week on Buttermilk Bay!

It's all about the view! Fantastic view of the bay, water access with kayaks, and tons of restaurants and shops and activities nearby. You really feel far away from it all, even though everything you need (groceries, restaurants, etc) are just minutes away.

perfect year round get away

absolutely perfect location for a couple or a couple and one other family member. the view from every room was therapeutic. had a hard time getting my husband to come indoors.he just wanted to stay outside and enjoy complete rest that came with the view.the property manager was awesome we will return!

Beautiful property, relaxing atmosphere!

Everything about this house was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. The house was very clean and organized, with a fully stocked kitchen. There was an abundance of disinfectant products readily available throughout the house for germaphobes like myself, but there was really no need for them since everything was spotless when we arrived. Ralph, the owner, was friendly, welcoming and accommodating to my entire family. He made himself available and answered all the questions we had. If you're planning to swim, I recommend bringing a pair of water shoes due to the amount of rocks and shells by the water (this did not stop us from having fun, though!). I highly recommend this property...especially for the gorgeous views of the bay!

Amazing! Better than we could have imagined!

The house was exactly as advertised and pictured with hidden gems like an amazing outdoor shower. Ralph was a fabulous host. Very welcoming and made the experience very comfortable. House was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the bay and it was a perfect and safe place for them to swim and explore. The beach was really nice as well. The kids LOVED seeing the railroad bridge in the distance rise and lower. Swim shoes made navigating the beach easier for sure. Wonderful all around. We hope to be back soon!

Fun had by all

The house was clean and we had easy access to a private beach. It was serene and everyone we encountered was friendly. Ralph was so welcoming and helpful. Such a lovely host. He offered his kayaks and even took us on a private boat tour of the area. The only item we would've wished is the house to be more walking distance to 'town' so we didn't have to drive.

Great property

Great property in optimal location. You couldn’t ask for more welcoming owners. House had everything needed for a fun family vacation. The views are peaceful and great way to relax. Spent every morning with a cup of coffee on the Adirondack chairs watching the sun rise as the kids either kayaked or went fishing in the bay. Close to restaurants and activities such as whale watching and deep sea fishing. We’ll be back Next year.

The ideally situated, waterfront property created an extremely delightful stay on Buttermilk Bay!

The property was everything I wanted, for a relaxing vacation on the ocean! Amazing views, perfect places on property to watch a sunrise, kayaking/paddle boarding and local pleasure/small fishing boats coming and going through the bay. The beach was perfect for my young grandchildren who visited one afternoon, walking to collect shells, and playing in the water without fears of waves knocking them down. The home was tastefully decorated and inviting, everything you would need in a vacation home. The sun room overlooking the bay was our favorite! Ralph was extremely thoughtful and a wonderful host. We definitely would love to come back!

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family. One of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

The house was charming with up to date bath and kitchen. The sunroom was our favorite spot in the house to host a family dinner overlooking the Bay. Between kayaking, fishing, swimming and playing at the beach this is definitely a nice spot if you have children. This is also a perfect location if you just want a nice quiet place to relax.

We LOVE the Bay. We own a few homes on the same street; all Oceanfront. We can also accommodate larger groups because of this-- bring your in laws and stay in your own house right next door! :)
The Bay has so much to offer; good times, memories with kayaks and swimming, little nets to catch tiny fish and crabs, seeing clams squirt when you step near them, ALL OF IT!!

I live on the same street, a few houses down. I am attentive and understand that you are coming to this home to RELAX, VACATION, and hopefully make some new friends. :)
