Located in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood of Punta de Mita, this special home is within walking distance to many different restaurants, shops, markets, and most importantly- the beach! The beach is short walk and 3 surf spots are also within walking distance ( Stinkies, Anclote, and La Lancha).

Enjoy the private courtyard with a dipping pool, outdoor shower, bathroom and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped if you chose to eat-in. Housekeeping is included with this rental.

My Punta de Mita atay

The stay was very nice. I specially enjoyed that there was someone coming on a daily bases to help out with a light cleaning
