10/15 minute walk from downtown and from the river! You can visit wheeler park and scissortail park within walking distance. Upcoming neighborhood. Great backyard for bbqing and family get togethers. Pet friendly and a spacious house. Plenty of parking available. 6 cars in the driveway, a parking lot in the front of the house for a lot more available parking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels and wash cloths in the laundry room. Store away the airmattresses or an extra beds where it was pulled out from.
Leave bedding as is. Take the trash out and lock all doors and windows.
Lock only the top deadbolt on front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
