Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule. 5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions. 11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Very nice, modern, clean condo. Not exactly walking distance for us to get to shopping or restaurants so we drove. Ended up cooking 3 out of 5 nights and that was okay. Grocery store was close by and about 15 minutes by car. Beach view was great from the nice covered deck and distance to the beach was a very short walk. Had an issue within the condo and the host responded to texts promptly and it was after hours. All in all, a great stay and location!

Great Condo
My family and I stayed here for the week of July 4th. It was a perfect location and had all the amenities we were looking for. The decor was pretty! Access to the beach is great. And the pool has a covered area with ceiling fans.
Spent 4 nights here on beautiful IOP… the unit was spotless, well stocked with all basic needs and excellently located on a beautiful stretch of beach front. Wonderful views, quiet area…great bird watching, biking, walking and pool if the weather is warm enough. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient.
The condo was easy to access as well as easy access to the beach. It was not crowded and very quiet during the time we were there. The condo was exactly as described and shown. There was mold in both of the showers but otherwise the condo was very clean. Isle of Palms offered several excellent restaurants and great shops - all within a short distance from our location. Very good experience for a vacation.

Property was a bit worn and floors were not cleaned (bugs, food on the floors) patio was pretty dirty with screens and wood coming apart. But was fine for a quick weekend.
The kitchen and seating area were nicely appointed. If you want space and two kings this is a good option. Otherwise I would have booked a hotel where the bedding, cleanliness and quality of property would be higher.
Our stay was perfect. Condo was exactly as described. Perfect location to beach, pool, dining and activities
