The home features 4 spacious bedrooms, large screened in patio, pool, games, ping pong table, and lush grounds. Less than 8 miles to both Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Close to tons of restaurants and amenities.

The property is gorgeous!! Just as listed, the host is extremely communicative and very committed to making our stay comfortable as possible. We did not run into any issues with check-in, and check out was smooth. Upon arrival, the property was extremely clean and had everything we need. The hose was available for questions as needed and our stay was immaculate. Will stay again if ever in the area in the future!!!

Awesome place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a great way to end the day. The house was super clean and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

This house is fantastic!

We stayed at this house when traveling to Ft Myers for a wedding. It was super clean and matched the VRBO description. Pool could have used a better cleaning, but the pool tech showed up on Saturday, two days before we checked out.

Great house, would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The home is very spacious, clean and well maintained. It is as advertised. It is nearby many attractions yet far enough away from the noise and distractions. We enjoyed our time sitting in the screened porch greatly. We weren’t there long enough to use many of the amenities provided. The homeowner is responsive to questions.

Awesome!

We loved this property! Lots of spaces for our family to gather to visit or play games. Kitchen was great for preparing meals and snacks. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family (my husband and I, three grown children and spouses). And it was great to have a patio and pool, as well as a screened in porch, for relaxing. There's also a ping-pong table in the garage!The location was great as well, since we were visiting relatives at the nearby retirement community, and it's just minutes from the causeway leading to Sanibel. It was located in a quiet neighborhood which offered good options for the runners and walkers in our group. The home was very well maintained and clean! We had absolutely everything we needed. The owner reached out to us in advance and checked in with us after arrival, so everything about check in and our stay went smoothly.Thank you! We'd love to come again!

Why they chose this property

What I love most about the neighborhood is the wildlife. There are tons of exotic birds, iguanas, turtles, and so much more. Plus it's extremely quiet with very little traffic.

What makes this property unique

Our home is unique because it's one of the few homes in the area with very high ceilings which keeps the house extremely cool in the summer months. It's also situated on a very large lot, surrounded by tons of tropical plants and trees.
