1800 sq ft 2 story condo located in the Snowfire A complex. An open floor plan and vaulted ceilings make this property bright and spacious. The updated kitchen leads straight into the dining/living area. The condo's balcony is a bit of peace with your morning coffee or evening grilling. The first floor spacious master suite provides privacy with its adjacent bathroom. In addition, the guest bedroom is located next to another full bathroom on the first level. Up the spiral staircase is a large loft that can sleep 4+ people very comfortably. The large third bathroom located on the second flood is equipped with double vanities. Our condo is perfect for a family looking to have that much needed retreat!

The house was perfect for our family. Kids upstairs room is much larger than pictures show. House was fully stocked with everything you need; kitchen cookware, extra bedding, fans… owner and manager were great with communication. The location is within walking distance to the ski resort. Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time! We skied and snowboarded and loved how close we were to Angel Fire Resort. The loft upstairs to sleep and hangout was perfect for our guys. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location! We took some cross country runners to run and race. Close to trails and food and grocery store! Upstairs loft was perfect for kids. Definitely book again next year!

Great stay over NYE

Two families stayed here for a NYE ski trip. The living area and upstairs are more spacious than the photos show. Our 7 people did not feel cramped. Close enough to walk to the resort (if you are not carrying equipment) or jump on the shuttle. Easy to communicate with property manager. Watch out for the stairs….do not walk and text or you might bump your head. Would stay again. Great spot.

3 Baths - Shuttle Route

My kids would go up to mountain and return for lunch and dinner by riding the shuttle. The place has elevator and plenty of parking so it was very convenient. With 3 bathrooms we were able to all have our own spaces. The house had everything we needed to cook or make anything we wanted. They even had some extra straws, thank goodness because my 2yr old won’t drink without a straw! Lol. Thanks for letting us stay at your awesome get away!

It’s a delightful condo with a lot of charm! Our large family enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, pans and every appliance that you could need. The furniture and decor was very comfy and rustic. The heating and hot water worked very well as well as the internet and Dish TV.The heated locker on the first floor was perfect for storing skis/snowboards. The shuttle bus was very convenient. We never had to wait long. The property manager and the owner were very easy to contact regarding any questions we had. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo! We’ll definitely be back again next ski season.

Cooler Air

Every year we make a trip from Texas to the Angel Fire / Red River area for cooler weather. First and foremost the rental was great. The only issue was the listing stated that the condo was air conditioned. It was not. I did rent this condo for the specific reason it stated that it had A/C. Depending on the day/weather, it can get rather warm in mid July. Anyway everything about the rental was great, along with the communication with the property manager. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family of 6 stayed here after Christmas through New Year’s Eve. It was wonderful! The boys loved the upstairs bunk room with private bath, out teenage daughter loved her own bath and private room and my husband and I had our own primary bed and bath. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking things you’ll need. Gas heaters work great! We actually turned them all off at night bc we got hot. The ski shuttle picks up right outside at the bus stop “Fox”, we never waited more than 5 mins for a ride to lifts. Washer and dryer were a great bonus to have. We loved having access to the storage locker downstairs to keep all our skis and boots. There’s an elevator and that was nice to have bringing in luggage and groceries. Liz, the property manager, was quick to answer my texts and questions. I would totally stay here again and I have already told friends about it.

Nice vacation condo!

The condo was just as described online. My family joined us and we had a much needed timeout from work. The kitchen is well stocked and each bedroom has a bathroom which was nice. Jessica answered our questions and check in was very easy.

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here in Sept/Oct primarily to go hiking in the area as friends were staying at a nearby timeshare. The condo felt like we were staying at a friend’s home and was extremely inviting. It was very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook full meals. We used the grill on the balcony a lot of nights. The full size washer and dryer were a god send! Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

The location of this house along with the constant flow of shuttle busses, made our vacation VERY relaxing and stress free. We had four kids and four adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to decompress after full days of skiing. HUGE compliments to the owner and the property manager!
